What is NAD+?
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all living cells, and it plays a crucial role in various biological processes that support human health. One of its primary functions is regulating metabolism by participating in the conversion of nutrients into energy. Additionally, NAD+ is involved in the maintenance of cellular processes, including DNA repair, cell survival, and cell death.

As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline, leading to a decrease in its ability to support DNA repair and overall cellular function. This decline can have implications for overall health and may contribute to age-related health issues.

Several foods have been found to naturally boost NAD+ levels in the body. These include whole grains, milk, fish, yeast, and green vegetables. By incorporating these foods into the diet, individuals can support their NAD+ levels and potentially mitigate some of the effects of age-related decline.

In conclusion, NAD+ plays a critical role in human health, particularly in regulating metabolism and supporting cell survival. Understanding the natural decline of NAD+ levels with age and incorporating NAD+-boosting foods into the diet can be instrumental in maintaining overall health and well-being.
NAD+ Benefits
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all living cells, playing a crucial role in various biological processes. It is involved in regulating metabolism, DNA repair, and the production of cellular energy. As we age, NAD+ levels decline, leading to potential negative impacts on cellular function. However, supplementing with NAD+ has been shown to offer a range of benefits, from improving mitochondrial function and energy production to enhancing DNA repair and reducing inflammation. In this article, we will explore the numerous benefits of NAD+ supplementation, including its potential for improving overall health and longevity.
Neurocognitive Health
NAD+ plays a crucial role in protecting against cognitive impairment and neuroinflammation by preserving mitochondrial function and improving cognitive function in patients with neurocognitive disorders or traumatic brain injury. NAD+ helps to protect neurons from degeneration and promotes their survival, thus supporting overall cognitive health.

Administering NAD+ has shown potential benefits in reducing symptoms in Parkinson’s Disease and optimizing cellular health through intermittent fasting and NAD supplementation. NAD+ administration has been linked to improved cognitive function and reduced neuroinflammation, providing hope for those suffering from neurocognitive disorders.

Supplements such as resveratrol and quercetin may support NAD+ supplementation frequency and increase NAD levels. These supplements have been shown to enhance the effectiveness of NAD+ and support the overall cognitive health of individuals.

Overall, NAD+ plays a vital role in protecting cognitive health and alleviating symptoms of neurocognitive disorders, and supplementation with NAD+ and supportive supplements may offer promising results for those seeking to improve their cognitive function and overall brain health.

Ok.. Where do I start?! Dr. Babak is the most supportive Medical Doctor I have ever seen. He is always available and very responsible. There is no text message during the day or at night when I was in such pain, that he left unanswered. I have never ever heard about a doctor being available 24/7 to patients, personally! Because I am not an easy person when it comes to doctors, he was such an inspiring individual that I never had a second thought about him. Compared to others he was never concerned about financials but only about my health. He is an excellent human being and a extremely professional plastic surgeon. His team is just the best in terms of service and care. I felt like family during my surgery and every single consultation. In conclusion, He is the one and he's one life saving angel to me! Someone, who I can totally trust and have my life in his hands! Highly recommend him to anybody.

Once you decide to go to a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles/ BeverlyHills area, the real struggle begins. There are so many to choose from and you have no idea which one to trust. One tries to look at different reviews and rely on them, but still a tough job!!!I had the luxury of having a close friend recommend Dr. Moein to me. She had first hand experience since she was her patient and I was lucky to be her friend and confidant. The process was very easy, nothing like what I had imagined, I felt a need for a cosmetic procedure, went to him and seeked his opinion. He talked to me and tried to fully underatand what my expectations are from this procedure. He was super friendly and professional. The most improtant thing for me was Dr. Moein's level of experties. His hands did magic! He knew exactly what he was doing and did not overdo anything so that he can charge me more. The price was also very reasonable, considering what some other plastic surgeons in BeverlyHills charge for the exact same procedure. Will definitely go back to him! Thanks Dr. Moein

Been in the fashion industry i am very particular on who I trust as a physician woeking on my face and performing procedures. After much research a close friend of mine recommended for me to see dr Moeinolmolki. He understood that I don't want to be seen during regular busness hours and he made a special weekend appointent for me so I can be seen privately. he was professional and kind and made sure I was comfortable with his recommendations. Althrough I wanted to have several procedures done he declined and ask me to carefully consider the issues involved and provided the most needed procedure on my face. The results are excellent and I am so happy to finally to find a doctor who I feel comfortable with. Than you dr. Moeinolmolki

Drug Rehabilitation and Addiction Treatment

NAD+ IV therapy has been shown to play a crucial role in increasing lifespan and mitigating premature aging diseases in mice. NAD+ is an essential coenzyme involved in various cellular processes, including energy metabolism and DNA repair. Administering NAD+ through IV therapy, it has been observed to improve mitochondrial function, enhance DNA repair, and reduce oxidative stress, ultimately contributing to an extended lifespan in mice.

Furthermore, studies have demonstrated the preventative effects of the NAD+ precursor NMN on age-associated physiological changes. NMN supplementation has been shown to enhance energy metabolism and insulin sensitivity in rodent studies, indicating its potential to mitigate age-related metabolic disorders and improve overall health in aging individuals.

However, concerns have been raised about the effectiveness of oral NMN supplementation and its potential negative effects on neurons. One potential solution is the use of NAD+ nasal spray, which bypasses the digestive system and delivers NAD+ directly to the bloodstream, potentially reducing the risk of negative effects in neurons while still reaping the benefits of NAD+ supplementation for anti-aging and overall health.

Sample NAD+ Nasal Spray Dosing Protocol

The recommended dosage for NAD+ nasal spray is 1-2 sprays in each nostril, taken twice daily. To administer, it is recommended to gently insert the nozzle into the nostril and press down firmly to release the spray, while inhaling deeply. The course duration typically ranges from 6-12 weeks, with some individuals experiencing benefits within the first few weeks of use.

When adjusting dosing and duration, it is important to consider the severity of the condition and the specific research methodology. For milder conditions, starting with a lower dosage and shorter duration may be sufficient to achieve desired results. Conversely, for more severe conditions, a higher dosage and longer duration may be necessary.

Research methodology, including clinical trials and patient studies, should also be taken into consideration when making adjustments to the dosing and duration of NAD+ nasal spray. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the most appropriate dosing and course duration based on individual needs and health status.

Overall, the NAD+ nasal spray dosing protocol is designed to provide an effective and convenient way to supplement NAD+ levels, with adjustments made based on individual needs and research findings.
